At CustomHoodies.pk, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every hoodie is made with care, and we do our best to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns only in specific cases where:
If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will review your request and may ask for photos of the product to verify the issue.
Once approved, you can return the item to us in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on orders, as all our hoodies are custom-made based on your design, color, or size preferences.
Customization makes each hoodie unique to you, and therefore refunds are not possible once production has started.
In case of a verified issue such as damage or incorrect size, we will offer a replacement hoodie instead of a refund.
Exchange Process
If your return or replacement request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
The replacement hoodie will be sent to you as soon as the returned product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for:
Custom-designed or personalized hoodies without a genuine defect.
Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

CustomHoodies.pk reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund or return requests.
